Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, all items are final sale and non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

This means:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing preference, or fit issues

  • We do not offer exchanges — if a different size or item is needed, a new order must be placed

This policy allows us to keep our operations sustainable and our pricing fair as a small business.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photo or video evidence showing the defect or error

 

All claims are subject to inspection and verification.

If approved, we will:

  • Cover the return shipping, and

  • Offer a replacement or a refund to the original payment method
